How can I order for an applicant who does not have an email address?

Although the email address is a required field, we do not need an email address to be able to run the background check.

If your applicant does not have an email address, you can either enter in the organization's email address, or a place holder like "email@email.com"

We require the email address as another form of identification when your applicant goes through our website to request a copy of their background checks or to dispute something on their background checks. We do not send anything to your applicants.
