I’ve entered in all of the applicant’s information and clicked on “Submit”, but it’s not going anywhere.

There can be a few things that cause this issue. Usually, it is the format of the Phone Number or the Driver’s License that is imported. By removing the Phone Number on the Applicant Detail page, this should allow you to continue to the next page by clicking Submit. If the issue still persists, please try to take out the Driver’s License and try again.
