My applicant filled out my general online application link, but I don't see them in my CCB database.

The general consent form link is only used for creating applicant profiles within Ministry Mobilizer. To make sure that your reports are being tied back to an applicant profile within CCB, you must first create a profile for the applicant within CCB. Once the applicant profile is created in CCB and imported over to Ministry Mobilizer, you can then use the options that say "Send Consent Form Link to Applicant" at the bottom of the page. This link is different than the general online consent link and is a specific link generated for the applicant's profile.
