What's the difference between the Basic and the Plus package?

When you order, typically you will have three options to choose from: The Basic, the Plus, and the A La Carte menu

Basic 

• The Basic package will come with a National Criminal Search, a National Sex Offender Registry, and an SSN Trace

Plus 

• The Plus package will come with everything that the Basic has, but will include one County search or one Statewide search
• Most states do not report criminal records well on a National Level, which is what the Basic is only giving you. Ordering the extra County or Statewide search will pull information from the County or State directly. To see which states report well and which do not, please click here for our National Map.

A La Carte

• The A La Carte option will allow you to choose individual services. 
  • If you choose services that already come with the Basic or Plus, it may be more expensive than ordering one of the Packages
