How do I run a background check on someone from another country?

You are still able to order background checks on someone that moved to the U.S. from another country. There are two options: 

You can run your normal searches as you do for your other applicants and enter in all "1"s in the SSN field if they do not have one. We will be able to use their full name and date of birth to look for any records within the U.S.

Otherwise, we offer international searches. International searches can be a bit more expensive, and depending on the country, the pricing and turnaround time will vary. Please contact our Client Support team to get more information for that country
