Training Email Settings

When you order Child Safety Training, the applicant is sent an email with a link to the training. The link is unique to each applicant and will be disabled once the training has been completed or after the 14 day expiration period. You can customize the email that is sent.

Customize the Email

Step 1: Go to Settings 

Step 2. Select Training Email Settings

Step 3: Edit the Email Subject and Email Body as needed.

NOTE: Everything in the brackets will automatically populate with the correct information at the time the email is sent. If you edit the bracketed items, the email will not work properly.

• [FirstName] - The first name of the person the email is going to
• [LastName] - The last name of the person the email is going to
• [ApplicationName] - The name of Protect My Ministry
• [ApplicationLink] - The link that will be automatically generated for the Child Safety Training
