How can I request a copy of my report?

To request a copy of your background check report, go to our site at www.protectmyministry.com  and scroll down to the very bottom of the page

Under the "Resources" section, click on the "Request copy/Dispute your background report".

You will be taken to this form to fill out some information, so we can confirm the information you enter in matches the information on the background check. 

Once the form is filled out and submitted, our Compliance Team will be able to verify the information and send you a copy of your consumer report.

You will get a confirmation page saying it will be sent to you in 14 days, which is the limit under the law. However, our Compliance Team can usually get the report sent out in 24-48 business hours.
