How did my order complete so quickly?

The background checks use the applicant's first name, last name, and date of birth when searching criminal and sex offender records. The information is run through a National Database system automatically, and if no records appear with the provided information, the background check is marked as "No Record" and sent back into your account.

If a possible record appears with the provided information, our research team will hold the background check and re-verify if the records truly belong to your applicant, or someone with a similar name and date of birth.

If you are ordering a search that has a county or statewide search, some county and state courts have a similar system, where the name and date of birth are run through a system to see if they match. If no matches appear, the report will come back as "No Record", and the results will go back into your account.
